In Shostkа district, rescuers extinguished four fires caused by Russian shelling

Employees of the State Emergency Service extinguished 4 fires that occurred due to enemy strikes in various settlements of the Shostkа district.

In particular, on the afternoon of May 25, during the liquidation of a fire caused by shelling of a residential sector, firefighters managed to save a summer kitchen and a citizen’s home. And already in the evening, the rescuers put out the fire in the residential building.

On the morning of May 26, fires broke out again due to Russian strikes. Employees of the State Emergency Service had to work simultaneously at two different addresses. Commercial buildings and homes of civilians burned.

Firefighters extinguished the fire. According to preliminary information, none of the people were injured, the rescuers of the Sumy region reported.
