In Sumy region, Russians attacked a 64-year-old man riding a moped

This happened on August 31 in the Khutir-Mykhailivska community. The 64-year-old man was riding a moped when the Russians attacked the vehicle.

Medics could not immediately reach the scene due to the threat of repeated attacks. Oleg Grigorov, head of the regional military administration, reports.

“The man drove to meet them. Despite the danger, the emergency team still reached the victim,” the regional military administration said.

The man is currently receiving treatment in the hospital.
