In Sumy region, Russians attacked a humanitarian aid distribution point: there are wounded

On May 20, Russian troops attacked the village of Velyka Pysarivka in the Okhtyrskyі district with a drone. The Russians targeted a place where civilians were receiving humanitarian aid

According to the investigation, the Russians attacked a humanitarian aid distribution point with a drone at around 11:00.

“A 57-year-old man was injured and hospitalized. Another 51-year-old man was provided with medical assistance without hospitalization,” the report says.

Law enforcement officers have launched a pre-trial investigation on suspicion of committing a war crime (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). The case is being handled by the Okhtyrskyі district prosecutor’s office. Also that morning, a suicide drone struck a private farm in the Esmanskyі community of the Shostka district. The village headman was injured in the attack.

Also, as a result of another attack by Russian troops, hydraulic structures in the Velykypysarivska community were damaged. Currently, there is no flooding of settlements. The water level is stable, without rising. The situation is under constant control of specialists.
