In Sumy region, the number of shellings of civilians increased in a week

According to the Sumy regional military administration, in the past week from December 22 to December 28, there were 340 shellings of civilian territories in Sumy region.

The average figure for December is 337 shellings per week. At the beginning of the month, the maximum was 470.

On December 22, December 28, there was only one fatality, as in the week before. The number of wounded increased from four to eight.

On December 22, a 56-year-old man was injured by a UAV strike in the Seredino-Budska community.

On December 23, a 59-year-old man died in shelling in the Myropilska community. In the Shostka community, a 48-year-old man was injured as a result of a UAV strike.

On December 24, a 51-year-old man was injured in the Burynska community as a result of a UAV strike. In Seredino-Budsk community, a 53-year-old woman was injured in an FPV drone attack. In Sumy community, a 20-year-old man was injured and a 17-year-old girl was injured in an FPV drone attack. In Trostyanets community, a 56-year-old woman was injured in a missile strike.

On December 27, a 55-year-old woman was injured in a FPV drone attack in Sumy district.

108 people were evacuated from dangerous areas in a week (96 the week before last).
