As a result of another attack by Russian UAVs, as of the morning of February 23, the remains of drones were found in four districts of the capital. In the Kyiv region, the remains of downed targets caused damage in two districts. There were no casualties initially.

This is stated in the message of the head of the Kyiv City Military Administration, Timur Tkachenko, and information from the Kyiv region police.

As Timur Tkachenko noted, the air alert in Kyiv lasted for almost 6 hours, explosions were heard in different districts of the city – air defense forces were working.

“As a result of the downing of Russian targets, the debris fell in four districts: Pechersk, Holosiivskyi, Darnytskyi and Obolonskyi. Two private houses, cars and the roof of the Nova Poshta branch were damaged. Debris was also recorded on the territory of the Grishko Botanical Garden,” he added.

According to preliminary data, there were no casualties.

According to the Kyiv region police, as of 8:50 a.m., four private houses and fences were damaged in the Buchansky district. There is currently no information about the injured.

In addition, a grassy area caught fire in the Vyshgorod district. The fire was extinguished by the State Emergency Service.

An investigative and operational group, a response group of the patrol police and the explosives department of the Kyiv region police are working at the scene.
