On August 29, Russian troops in the Chernihiv region attacked a civilian car with a drone. The driver was injured.
This was reported by the police of the Chernihiv region.
According to law enforcement officers, Russians attacked a car in the border Novgorod-Siversky district. In particular, the enemy deliberately dropped explosives from a drone on a civilian VAZ car driven by a 56-year-old local resident.
As the investigation established, the man delivered food and bread to residents of a remote border village. As a result of the explosion, he received a concussion, and his car suffered numerous damages.
“In light of the violation of the laws and customs of war, the investigators of the Novgorod-Siversky district police department opened criminal proceedings under Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine,” the message reads.
