On October 26, a temporary suspension of water supply was announced in Nikopol. The official notice of the city council said that the situation is related to repair works.
On October 25, the secretary of the Nikopol City Council, Ivan Bazylyuk, reported that as a result of the shelling of the transformer substation, part of the city was left without electricity.
