In the Kharkiv Region, a volunteer evacuating animals from Vovchansk came under Russian fire

A volunteer was injured due to the Russian shelling of the Kharkiv region. This is reported by the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office.

On June 9, the Russians once again shelled Vovchansk in the Kharkiv region. A 41-year-old volunteer came under enemy fire while working.

The victim received an explosive injury when he tried to evacuate the animals from the city, which remained trapped under constant shelling.

The prosecutor’s office has started a pre-trial investigation, and law enforcement officers are documenting all the war crimes committed by Russia against Ukrainians.
