In the Kharkiv region, one person was killed and two others were injured as a result of Russian shelling

As a result of shelling in the Kupyan district of the Kharkiv region, one person was killed and two others were injured, the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office reported on January 7.

According to the agency, during the day, Russian troops shelled the village of Senkove. A 17-year-old boy was injured.

Soon after, the Russian army shelled the village of Nechvladhavka, destroying and damaging residential buildings, farm buildings, and cars there, the prosecutor’s office said. A 50-year-old local resident died as a result of the shelling. In addition, a woman was injured and was treated on the spot.

The Russian military regularly bombards Ukrainian cities and villages located within the range of their artillery, salvo missile systems, missiles and drones, including those bordering the Russian Federation.

Despite the evidence and testimony, Moscow has denied a targeted attack on civilians since the start of the full-scale invasion.
