In the Kharkiv region, the Russians do not allow civilians to evacuate – they take prisoners and even shoot them

Heavy fighting continues in the north of Vovchansk – civilians are captured by the Russians.

This is reported by the Ministry of Internal Affairs. It is already known about the first cases of executions of civilians by the Russian military. Until today, the police were evacuating from that area under fire.

It is known that the Russians, who tried to gain a foothold in Vovchansk, do not allow civilians to evacuate – they are simply driven to the basements, where they are kept. One of the captured civilians tried to escape, but the Russians shot him.

The Russians don’t even try to pretend that they came “in peace” to allegedly liberate the territories – they mock, torture and kill Ukrainians. The evacuation continues despite numerous shelling. The situation is difficult, but under control.
