In the Kherson region, the Russians attacked a civilian car with a drone, one person died

On the morning of December 29, the Russian army attacked the village of Tihynka in the Kherson region with a drone. The regional prosecutor’s office reported this.

“At around 12:00, the Russian military attacked a civilian car with a drone in the village of Tyahynka, Berislavsky district, Kherson region. A man died as a result of the explosive device being dropped,” the report said.

A pre-trial investigation has been launched into criminal proceedings on the fact of a war crime involving the death of a person (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

“Prosecutors are taking all possible and appropriate measures to document war crimes committed by representatives of the Russian Armed Forces,” the prosecutor’s office emphasized.
