In the Kherson region, two prosecutor’s office employees were injured as a result of a Russian drone attack

The incident occurred on August 25 at about 18:30 on the highway between Mykolaiv and Kherson. The Russian drone hit a service car belonging to the prosecutor’s office.

This is reported by the Prosecutor General’s Office.

A 58-year-old driver and a 38-year-old prosecutor’s office employee were injured as a result of the explosion. Both victims were taken to the hospital, where they are receiving the necessary medical care. The condition of the victims is currently being clarified.

The Kherson District Prosecutor’s Office reported the opening of criminal proceedings on the fact of committing a war crime in accordance with Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Investigators, together with prosecutors, are taking the necessary actions to collect evidence and record the consequences of the attack.
