In the morning, a Russian drone hit the center of Kharkiv

On the morning of October 13, at about 09:20, a Russian drone flew into the window of a dormitory of one of the universities in the center of Kharkiv.

This was reported by the Kharkiv City Hall.

“As a result of the hit, the roof and living quarters were damaged, more than 20 windows were broken. There are no military facilities here – only civilians. Fortunately, no one was injured,” the report says.

The room, apparently, was empty, but, according to the chairman, Igor Terekhov, this dormitory is now “living, in particular, internally displaced persons from the Kupyan region.”
