Tolokonnikov clarified that the power engineers are already working on restoring the lines.

The head of the Kherson regional military administration, Roman Mrochko, called on people, if necessary, to turn to the “Points of Invincibility”, where generators and starlinks work, and there are supplies of food and water.
For its part, “Ukrzaliznytsia” also reported that the station is switching to backup power. The vestibules of car 11 of train #102 “Kherson – Kyiv” were damaged by the shock wave, all passengers were unharmed. The train has already left the firing zone and continues to move according to schedule.
Also, at night of October 15, the Russian military attacked Stanislav in the Kherson region with anti-aircraft guns and phosphorous aerial bombs.
