In the temporarily occupied part of the Kherson region, the collaborators created an entire housing fund of “homeless” housing in order to more effectively take real estate from its legal owners.
This was reported by the Center of National Resistance.
It is noted that the accommodation is recognized as “ownerless” if the owner has not appeared for several months.
In opposition, they added that earlier the “People’s Council of the LPR” considered amending the local “law”, according to which the occupation administrations carry out the identification, use and recognition of the right of municipal ownership of municipal entities to residential premises that have the characteristics of “ownerless property”.
“In the future, the Russians plan to use the selected houses of Ukrainians for their own purposes. In particular, to settle in them representatives of the Russian army and heroes of the “Special Military Operation”, – reports the Center of National Resistance.
In the Russian-occupied Lysychansk of the Luhansk region, the Russians have published another list of apartments that they consider “homeless”. The owners were “recommended” to contact the occupation administration with a Russian passport.
