In the temporarily occupied Nizhnya Duvanka, in the Svativ region of the Luhansk region, the Russian military hanged a man who had a pro-Ukrainian position.

This was announced by the head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, Artem Lysohor.

“The Russian military constantly put pressure on him and dragged him to interrogations. They wanted to break him. However, the man from Svativ did not change his views and waited for liberation,” Lysogor noted.

“During the deoccupation of the territories, thorough stabilization measures will be carried out. I assure you that every executioner and collaborator will be punished!” – added the head of the regional military administration.

As reported by the spokeswoman of the Luhansk police, Olena Lavrinenko, considering that it is about the occupied territory, the investigation of this fact is currently underway, and no criminal proceedings have been opened.
