In the occupied part of Zaporizhzhia, the Russians are mobilizing 60 year-old men

In the temporarily occupied part of the Zaporizhzhia region, the Russians force men aged 60 to 65 to sign contracts with the Russian army. At the same time, they assure these people that they will serve in the rear units.

This was reported in the Center of National Resistance on May 30.

The general situation regarding the replenishment of the personnel of the Russian army is not favorable for the invaders. Because of this, they have to resort to such dubious measures.

In addition, the goals set by the Kremlin are significantly affected by mass desertion in the Russian army.

“In the temporarily occupied Luhansk region alone, 500 cases of desertion were officially documented in a few months,” the Center of National Resistance reported.

Also, the number of cases of spontaneous departure from the location of military units increased by twenty times.

The Russians exert intense pressure on the relatives of those who escaped from the Russian army. In this regard, the Center of National Resistance calls on the residents of the occupied territories to avoid mobilization to the ranks of the invaders’ army and not to enter into contracts with them.

Recently, the Defense Forces have been inflicting successful fire damage on warehouses and military facilities of the Russian Federation. At the same time, the Russian army is faced with the problems of recruitment and training of personnel for the continuation of military operations on the territory of Ukraine.

Russia will have to announce a new wave of mobilization by the end of this year to continue its offensive in Ukraine. Despite this, the Russian army is currently larger than the Ukrainian army.
