According to the register of damaged and destroyed property, 2,711 objects were destroyed in Odesa region.
Oleksandr Kochetkov, head of the Department of Construction Organization and Restoration of the Capital Construction Department of the Department of Capital Construction and Road Management of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, said: “Regarding the register of damaged and destroyed property, we have the following statistics – 2,711 objects. Of which, in accordance with Resolution 380 of the Cabinet of Ministers, 999 applications from residents were submitted to the register.”
According to Kochetkov, compensation has been provided for 506 applications for a total amount of 20 million 726 thousand 346 hryvnias. 170 applications were refused, and 52 applications were suspended due to the fact that the property owners are outside the Odesa region and cannot provide permission to the inspection commission.
The official noted that reconstruction of social facilities damaged as a result of Russian attacks continues in Odesa.
Kochetkov said that today the Department of Capital Construction has concluded contracts for the restoration of damaged educational facilities. These are, in particular, the premises of the Odesa National University “Odesa Polytechnic”. At the facility, 90% of the glazing works with a total cost of 42 million have been completed. The restoration of the buildings of the Odessa State Agrarian University, building 3 (estimated cost: 459,000) and building 4 (694,000) has also begun – 20% of the work has been completed.
“The issue of restoration of the following educational institutions is under consideration – Odesa Regional Lyceum No. 6, estimated cost of 1 million 122 thousand; 3 buildings of the Odesa Higher Vocational School of Motor Vehicles – 3.2 million; a separate unit of the higher professional school of the service sector of the Odesa National University “Odesa Law Academy”, the estimated cost of restoration is UAH 3.29 million; South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after Ushinskyi – 8 million; a separate unit of the Odesa Technical College of the Odesa National Technical University – 780 thousand; professional college of measurements of the State University of Intelligent Technologies and Communication – 1.4 million; Odesa State Academy of Construction and Architecture – 11 million 46 thousand; Odesa Academy of Continuing Education – 626,000,” Kochetkov clarified.
The official also reported that according to the system of the Office of the President of Ukraine “Recovery of the country”, in the Odesa region 4 state administration facilities, 47 energy facilities, 125 cultural heritage and tourism facilities, 42 educational institutions, 2 municipal services facilities and 64 facilities were damaged. objects of industry.
