In the Sumy region, the air alert lasted for more than a day: Russia bombarded the region all day

In the Sumy region, on August 7, the air alert, which lasted for more than a day, was canceled. This became known from the alarm map of Ukraine.

According to the alert map, the region was alerted to the threat at 11:10 a.m. on August 6 and lasted until 3:13 p.m. on August 7.

During August 6, the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported several times about the launch of guided aerial bombs in the direction of Sumy, as well as about the threat of using ballistic weapons.

In Sumy, the regional military administration reported that Russia launched a missile attack on the district’s infrastructure. Later it became known that the Defense Forces destroyed an enemy ballistic missile, two drones and one helicopter over the region.
