Russian troops in the temporarily occupied Oleshki of the Kherson region engaged in chaotic shooting and killed a person.

This is reported by the Kherson Regional Prosecutor’s Office.

The basis for the registration of criminal proceedings was a report in the mass media that on January 10, 2024, in the temporarily occupied city of Oleshki, the Russian military staged a shooting.

“As a result of chaotic firing, a local resident was killed,” the statement said. A pre-trial investigation has been launched into the fact of violation of the laws and customs of war, combined with intentional murder.

Currently, the law enforcement officers are investigating all the circumstances. The investigation was entrusted to the investigators of the Main Department of the National Police in the Kherson region.
