In the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, the Russians began to issue “licenses” for the use of captured subsoil

The Russians want to “legalize” looters who illegally extract Ukrainian minerals.

In the captured part of the Zaporizhzhia region, the occupation administration appointed by the Russian military began to issue “licenses” for the extraction of Ukrainian subsoil. According to the Center of National Resistance, such “documents” from the Russians are legally invalid, and liability is provided for illegal mining.

It is noted that Russian mercenaries developed a procedure for obtaining “rights” to use captured subsoil. The Center of National Resistance emphasizes that the Russians want to “legalize” looters with such actions.

“The Center of National Resistance will know everyone who will issue Russian papers to looters on behalf of fake institutions.”

Earlier, British intelligence reported on the reasons for the construction of new infrastructure by the Russians in the captured territories of Ukraine. It was noted that the Russians want to improve logistics for the export of Ukrainian minerals. The Russians want to steal Ukrainian iron ore, coal, titanium, uranium, manganese, gold and lithium. To do this, they build new roads and railways.
