The head of the Starosaltiv military administration, Anton Paley, told the correspondent about the extent of destruction in the village of Stary Saltiv and other settlements of the community.
– Those settlements located on the other side – Khotimlya, Zarichne, Gontarivka, there are no huge damages. But Stary Saltiv, Shestakove, Fedorivka – 90% of the housing stock has been destroyed, says the head of the Starosaltiv military administration.
Currently, residents of Stary Saltov and other settlements of the community can receive building materials from various funds. However, they are only enough for minor home repairs.
– The materials provided to us are not enough to repair the house. You can block windows, doors, patch up the roof. But there are such damages where practically nothing is left of the house, said Anton Palei.
According to Anton Paley, there are many problems in the community that are not related to the destruction caused by shelling. Yes, in Stary Saltov there are no computers for the work of the village council, there is no communal equipment, garbage truck, etc.
The Starosaltiv community received 500 food kits and basic necessities. Earlier we wrote that the lower part of the village of Stary Saltiv in the Kharkiv region is completely cut off from the gas supply. In the village of Stary Saltiv, the Centers for the provision of administrative services resumed their work.
Over the past day, racist invaders shelled at least 20 settlements in the Kharkiv region.

“The enemy does not stop shelling the positions of our troops, as well as settlements near the contact line. Areas of at least 20 settlements were hit by enemy shelling last day,” Sinegubov wrote.
In particular, Veterinarne, Graniv, Baranivka, Strelecha, Krasne, Ternova, Hlyboke, Vovchansk, Vovchanski Khutory, Zemlianki, Rublene, Chugunivka, Krasne Pershe, Novomlynsk, Dvorichna, Kupyansk, Ridkodub, Krokhmalne, Berestov, Vishneve, Kostyantynivka and Tabaivka suffered from Russian shelling.
Already this morning, February 15, Russian troops fired a rocket at the cultural center in the village of Monachynivka of the Kindrashiv community in the Kupyan region. The “important strategic object”, which turned out to be the village club, was destroyed.
As reported in the Head Office of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine for regional emergencies, as a result of this morning’s shelling in Kupyansk, at least six buildings were damaged, a fire broke out in a residential building and an outbuilding, which was extinguished by rescuers.
Fortunately, there were no casualties.
During the day, the pyrotechnic units of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine removed and neutralized 10 units of explosive objects.
Rescuers delivered 8 tons of drinking water to the residents of Izyum per day.
On February 13, the Russian occupiers shelled at least 17 border settlements of the Chuguyiv, Kupyan and Kharkiv districts of the region. The largest number of attacks by rioters in a day was inflicted on the city of Vovchansk.
Last day, Russian troops launched a missile attack on Kupyansk, Kharkiv region.
As the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleg Sinegubov, reported, as a result of the enemy attack, a multi-story residential building was significantly damaged.
The Russian occupiers also struck Kupyansk again on the morning of Wednesday, February 15.
Three private residential buildings and commercial buildings were damaged. There were fires.
As a result of the strikes of the Russian troops, there were no casualties or injuries.
Also, during the past day, the enemy attacked Krokhmalne, Berestov, Tabaivka, and Dvorichna with tanks, mortars, and artillery.
Veterinarne, Granove, Hlyboke, Vovchansk and Chavunivka were also under enemy fire.
On February 6, Synegubov reported that the Russian occupiers were stockpiling equipment in the Kupyansk direction.

In Kupyansk, a residential high-rise building was damaged as a result of a rocket attack by the occupiers. At 7:00 a.m. on February 15, the city was shelled again.
“Three private residential buildings and commercial buildings were damaged. There were fires. There were no casualties,” Synegubov wrote.
In the de-occupied territories of the region, pyrotechnics destroyed approximately 10 pieces of ammunition during the day, added the head of the regional military administration.
Units of the Defense Forces repelled the attack of the occupiers in the area of the village of Hryanivikka, Kharkiv region.
