In Uman and the surrounding area, an educational institution was damaged due to an attack by Russian drones

As a result of a drone attack by the Russian army on the evening of May 7, infrastructure was damaged in Uman and the surrounding area – the building of an educational institution was damaged and windows in a residential building were broken.

This was reported by the head of the Cherkasy Regional Military Administration Igor Taburets.

“Uman and nearby villages were under the sights. Our air defense forces were working on enemy air targets. The infrastructure was damaged as a result of the Russian aggression. In particular, the building of an educational institution was damaged. Windows in a residential building were broken. In this case, no appeals to doctors at the moment,” the official wrote.

However, according to the head of the Cherkasy Regional Military Administration, a local resident was injured by UAV fragments in the village of Dmytrushki, who was promptly hospitalized.

Russian troops launched an attack with “Shaheds” on Cherkasy. A series of explosions were heard in the city, there is damage. Due to a drone attack, several fires broke out in the regional center: residential apartments, a warehouse building of one of the enterprises, a summer house, and dry vegetation were burning.
