
During December 27, rescuers of the main department of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Zaporizhzhia region made 8 trips, extinguishing the consequences of Russian shelling and household fires. This was reported by the press service of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Zaporizhzhia region
On December 27, a fire broke out in the village of Preobrazhenka in the Polohivskyi district due to shelling. A residential building with an area of 150 square meters caught fire there. Firefighters quickly extinguished the flames and delivered 12 tons of technical water for the needs of local residents.
In addition, during the day of December 27, two fires occurred in settlements of the Zaporizhzhia district. At 13:35, a residential building with an area of 40 square meters caught fire, and late in the evening, at 23:25, another house with an area of 100 “squares” caught fire. Due to heavy smoke, rescuers worked in compressed air apparatus.
No one was injured as a result of the fires. The causes of the fire are being established, and an investigation is underway.
In total, 60 rescuers and 13 pieces of equipment were involved in the liquidation of the events on December 27.
