Representatives of the occupation administrations in the Zaporizhzhia region, together with the military, continue raids on the settlements under their control and identify homes without owners. those houses and apartments that have been abandoned by locals for a long time – the Russians include them in the lists for “nationalization”.
This was reported by the Center of National Resistance under the Special Operations Forces.
Premises are selected without informing the owners. And there is no difference whether a person left home and went to the controlled territory of Kyiv, abroad or even to the territory of the Russian Federation
“There are recorded cases of housing being taken from residents who were given a Russian passport. In the future, the apartments are offered for transfer to the Russian military or representatives of the occupation administrations, who are ready to settle in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. Which is actually a continuation of the genocidal practice of the Russians regarding the change in the ethnic composition of the population on the territory of Ukraine,” the Center of National Resistance notes.
The Russians are massively connecting residents of the occupied territories to Russian TV and mobile communications The Russians are intensifying measures of informational and psychological influence on Ukrainians who are under occupation, in particular, residents of the Kherson region are massively connected to Russian satellite television: “In order to block the channels of access to information about the real situation at the front, in Ukraine and in the world, residents of the occupied communities of the Kherson region are massively connected to Russian satellite television called “Russian peace”. So far, the Russians have already installed more than 18,000 relevant devices.”
The Russians transfer the work of the occupation administrations in the Donetsk region to their own software and communication services. It is noted that it is, in particular, about the “Automated workplace of a civil servant” and the federal platform “Gosweb”.
The report notes that the Russians are also expanding the coverage network of Russian mobile communications.
In 2023-2024, the Russians installed more than 700 base stations in the Donetsk region, and more than 200 in the Kherson region, which is more than 85% of all mobile coverage in the occupied region.
