In Zaporizhzhia, the railway station building was damaged as a result of Russian strikes

As a result of the strikes of the army of the Russian Federation on the city of Zaporizhzhia on September 29, the building of the railway station was damaged.

This is stated in the notice of the joint-stock company “Ukrzaliznytsia”.

“As a result of shelling of the Zaporizhzhia-1 station, the station building and windows on train No. 40 Zaporizhzhia — Solotvino were damaged,” the message reads.

In this regard, trains will depart from the Zaporizhzhia-2 station.

In addition, as the company later noted, transfers from Zaporizhzhia-1 station to Zaporizhzhia-2 station will be organized by transfer buses, and trains will wait for passengers to board.

According to preliminary data, there are no injured passengers or railway workers, the company emphasized.
