Iryna Vereshchuk confirmed that the agreements on evacuation and humanitarian corridors were broken.

“At 11:45, the Russian Federation began shelling the town of Volnovakha with heavy guns. We had an agreement that, from 9 a.m., we would create two humanitarian corridors. I can state the fact that Russia violated the agreements, and did not keep its commitments despite the mediation of the Red Cross”.

Ms. Vereshchuk also demanded that Russia allow humanitarian cargoes to be sent from Zaporizhzhia and Dnipro.
