In occupied Severodonetsk, Luhansk region, residential buildings began to collapse. They were fired upon by Russian troops during the storming of the city.

This was announced by the head of the Severodonetsk Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Stryuk.

“As a result of the shelling that took place during the capture of the city, houses began to collapse. They just started falling,” he said.

Oleksandr Stryuk said that unsanitary conditions are increasing in the city, there are interruptions with electricity and water.

The troops of the Russian Federation captured Severodonetsk at the end of June 2022, as a result of the actions of the Russians, the city was destroyed by 90%. The city spent the winter without heating and almost without electricity.
