Kharkiv region experienced one of the most difficult weeks: strikes on 36 settlements

In Kharkiv region, 74 civilians were injured from Russian shelling during the week of November 17-23, including 5 children.

This was reported by the head of the Kharkiv regional military administration, Oleg Synegubov.

According to him, over the past week, the Russian army continued to intensively shell the Kharkiv region.

At least 36 settlements, including Kharkiv, were hit.

During this time, 74 civilians were injured, including five children aged 9 to 16.

Unfortunately, five people died, including a 17-year-old girl.

The Russians actively used various types of weapons: missiles, aerial bombs, Geran-2 attack drones, FPV drones and other types of drones.

Massive attacks were again directed mainly at civilian infrastructure, which caused significant destruction.

Traditionally, Kharkiv was the most affected.

In the city, more than a dozen apartment buildings, private homes, power grids, a civil enterprise, several educational institutions, a garage cooperative, an emergency medical substation, a supermarket, trolleybuses, administrative and non-residential buildings were damaged.

Significant destruction was also recorded in the Berestyn district, where residential buildings, infrastructure and administrative buildings were damaged by shelling.

In the Kupyan district, private homes, outbuildings, cars and administrative facilities were destroyed.

During the week, rescuers from the State Emergency Service eliminated 25 fires caused by enemy strikes, and pyrotechnicians neutralized almost three hundred explosive objects.

1,287 combat clashes were recorded on the front line within the region, which indicates an extremely high intensity of hostilities in the region.
