An explosion rang out in the city of Pervomayskyi around 1:35 p.m. Russian troops fired an Iskander missile at the city earlier. Oleg Synegubov, the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, reported that there were casualties as a result of the explosion.
The explosion caused several cars in the parking lot to catch fire.
Specialists are on site, doctors are providing assistance, Sinegubov said.
The Russians shelled a farewell ceremony for a fallen soldier in the Kharkiv region. The police reported 31 wounded, including a one-year-old child.

The explosion occurred during a farewell ceremony for the fallen serviceman Oleg Fadeyenko.
According to the Deputy Chairman of Pervomaisky, Anton Orekhov, a Russian Iskander missile hit a parking lot near a multi-story building located in a residential neighborhood. According to operational information, no one died, most people were injured by broken glass.
“At least half of the neighborhood is in an uninhabitable condition,” he said.
