Kharkiv under attack by Russian drones: a residential building and a dormitory were damaged

On March 1, the Russian army attacked Kharkiv with drones – hits were recorded at six locations in Saltivskyi, Shevchenkivskyi and Kyivskyi districts.

This was reported by the director of the Kharkiv Department of Emergency Situations, Bohdan Gladkyh.

According to him, the Russians used UAVs of the Molniya, Shahed and Gerbera types. As a result of the attacks, a residential building and a dormitory where displaced persons live were damaged.

One of the first drones fell in the central part of the city – a few dozen meters from the shopping center. Another, a Gerbera type UAV, fell in the park. Fortunately, it was Sunday morning and no one was there. Later, there was a direct hit in the dormitory where displaced persons live. Restoration work is currently underway,” added Bohdan Gladkyh.

As a reminder, in Kharkiv, three women aged 75, 69 and 53 were injured in Russian drone attacks in the Shevchenkivskyi district. According to the head of the Kharkiv regional military administration, Oleg Synegubov, all of them suffered acute stress reactions, and doctors are providing the injured with necessary assistance.
