Kherson Mykola Kulish theater damaged for the second time by Russian attack

A Russian drone of the Molniya type damaged the Kherson Mykola Kulish Theater building on May 28. This was reported by the theater director Oleksandr Knyga.

According to him, the drone flew into the building’s window at around 5 am. The walls, facade and interior were damaged. There were no people in the theater at the time of the attack.

The debris is currently being removed and the consequences of the strike are being eliminated.

This is the theater’s second damage due to Russian attacks. In 2025, a column, entrance door and three windows in the theater-cafe were damaged in the building.
