As a result of Russian shelling, heat, water, and electricity supply were disrupted in the Central district of Kherson. This was reported by the head of the city’s military administration, Roman Mrochko, on February 13.
“Due to damage to equipment after Russian shelling, heat, water, and electricity supply were disrupted in the Central district of Kherson,” he wrote.
According to Mrochko, utilities are switching to backup power sources until the situation stabilizes.
In the morning, the Russians shelled the central part of Kherson and hit a high-rise building. Two civilians were injured. A 48-year-old man and a 55-year-old woman were injured as a result of the Russian attack. The victims have mine-explosive injuries and shrapnel wounds,” the report says.
The head of the regional military administration added that the man was taken to the hospital in moderate condition, the woman will be receiving outpatient treatment.
