Kherson under Russian shelling: a civilian was killed, police officers were injured

On March 3, Russian troops from the occupied left bank of the Kherson region carried out several strikes on the Korabelny district of Kherson, which resulted in five direct hits to residential buildings, reported the head of the Kherson city military administration, Roman Mrochko.

“At least 5 direct hits on residential buildings are known. Damaged apartments, roofs, shopping stalls, etc. There is no information about the injured,” he said.

According to information from the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of the shelling, one person died, and three people, including two policemen, were injured.

Russian troops continue to terrorize the civilian population of the right bank of the Kherson region.

“The Russians hit the residential quarters of the de-occupied settlements with artillery, mortars, rocket salvo systems, tanks, aviation and unmanned aerial vehicles,” the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine noted.
