Dnipropetrovsk region

Kherson region

The Russian occupiers shelled the territory of the Kherson region 40 times: they fired artillery, rocket-propelled grenade launchers, mortars, and tanks.

The Russian troops attacked the city of Kherson 11 times. They targeted the factory, private and apartment buildings.

Last day, one person was injured due to Russian shelling.

Donetsk region

On December 26, it became known about 2 civilians in Donetsk region, wounded by Russians: in Velyka Novosilka and Ivanovsky. In total, since the beginning of the invasion, Russian troops have killed 1,281 civilians and wounded another 2,796 in Donetsk region. These data are not final: it is currently impossible to establish the exact number of victims in Mariupol and Volnovas.

Zaporizhzhia region

According to the National Police, the occupiers fired at civilian infrastructure in the area of ​​the settlements of Mali Shcherbaki, Kamianske, Novodanilivka, Mala Tokmachka, Olgivske, Preobrazhenka, Dorozhnyanka, Novoandriivka, Shcherbaki, Biloghirya, Temyrivka, Malynivka, Kamianske, Plavni, Pavlivka.

8 reports were received about the destruction of houses (apartments) of citizens and infrastructure objects as a result of shelling by Russian military personnel.

In Tokmak, the Russian occupiers intensified administrative and police measures. The military, together with local collaborators, are looking for patriotic Ukrainian citizens, checking personal laptops and phones, and searching homes.

Kharkiv region

The territories of the Kharkiv region adjacent to the border with the Russian Federation and the contact line continue to suffer from enemy shelling. The Kupyan district suffers the most. Settlements of the Kharkiv and Chuguyiv districts also came under enemy fire last day.

As a result of Russian shelling, residential buildings were damaged and fires broke out in the villages of Dvorichna and Kupyansk-Vuzlovy of the Kupyan district. There were no casualties.

Mykolaiv region

In the Mykolaiv district on December 26 at 10:05, the occupying forces launched artillery strikes on the water area of ​​the Ochakiv community. There are no casualties.

In Mykolaiv, Pervomaisky, Voznesensky and Bashtansky districts, the day and night passed relatively calmly.

Ukrainians who were illegally deported by the Russians from the occupied territories to the annexed Crimea are held in separate buildings in the Simferopol pre-trial detention center. Men are subjected to torture.

The interlocutor of the Center for Human Rights, who communicated with former prisoners from this wing, said that the Ukrainians did not have the opportunity to communicate with other detainees.

According to him, men were constantly tortured. Women were not tortured, but at the same time they were subjected to constant psychological pressure.

There is an assumption that the employees of the pre-trial detention center are not involved in this. In addition, they do not control the part of the premises where the Ukrainians are kept. People are detained without proper documentation, which prevents lawyers from meeting them.

He added that lawyers are granted access only to those people against whom criminal cases have already been initiated or suspicion has been declared.

“They are documented, so lawyers have the opportunity to see them and defend them within the framework of the initiated criminal case. In this case, torture is not applied to such people,” said the interlocutor.

Illegal prisoners

According to the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Verkhovna Rada, since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, the occupiers have kidnapped 613 people only in the territory of the Kherson region.

In November, political prisoner Nasrulli Seydaliev was “sentenced” to 9 years in prison in occupied Crimea. The occupiers accuse him of participating in the battalion named after Noman Chelebidzhikhan, which the Russian Federation considers a “terrorist organization.”

As of December 27, since the beginning of the Russian invasion, 14,439 civilian objects have been partially or completely damaged in the Mykolaiv region.

– educational institutions – 390;

At present, works are ongoing in the region to restore gas and electricity supply in the settlements affected by the war.

Currently, only 5,939 consumers are without gas supply.

At this time, electricity supply, water supply, and drainage have been stopped in 69 settlements (partially in six of them) of Bashtan and Mykolaiv districts.

Over the next day, in order to eliminate the consequences of Russian-fascist aggression, units of the main administration of the State Emergency Service were involved 14 times to identify and remove explosive objects, 145 explosive objects were removed.

Voluntary evacuation is underway. As of December 27, there are 498 internally displaced persons in temporary accommodation facilities in Mykolaiv.

In total, 27,767 people were evacuated from the Mykolaiv region. By directions: Mykolaiv-Palanka – 8153 people, Mykolaiv-Odesa – 9625 people, Mykolaiv-other settlements – 3574 people.

1,240 people were evacuated from Voznesenskyi district, 4,053 people from Bashtanskyi, and 1,122 people from Mykolaivskyi district.

In the Kharkiv region, two fires occurred during the past day, caused by enemy shelling.

In Kharkiv Oblast, as a result of Russian shelling, fires broke out in residential buildings in Kupyansk and Dvorichansk territorial communities.

This is reported by the Main Department of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the Kharkiv region.

According to the data of the State Emergency Service, during the day from December 26 to 27, the rescuers of the Kharkiv garrison made 21 operational departures, of which:

5 – to eliminate fires, 2 of which were caused by enemy shelling;

1 – for emergency and rescue operations;

9 – to provide assistance to the population, the police and utility workers;

2 – alternation;

4 – other departures.

Fires caused by the enemy were recorded in the Dvorichansk and Kupyansk territorial communities of the region. Residential buildings were burning. No casualties were found.

Pyrotechnic units of the State Emergency Service removed 43 explosive items during the day. Rescuers delivered 12 tons of drinking water to the residents of Kupyansk.

On the night of December 27, the occupiers hit the Nikopol district of the Dnipropetrovsk region with MLRS “Grad” and heavy artillery.

Shells fell on three communities. Residential buildings, gas pipelines and electricity networks were damaged. This is stated in the message of the head of the Dnipropetrovsk region Valentyn Reznichenko.

So, 40 shells landed in Nikopol district – Marganetska, Nikopolska and Chervonogrigorivska communities. It is noted that no one was injured.

According to the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, several private houses and several commercial buildings were damaged in Nikopol, and a power line was broken.

In the Chervonogrigorivska community, six private houses, two gas furnaces, and an electrical network were damaged as a result of Russian shelling. Greenhouses and a store were affected.
