Natives of Ukraine help the occupiers to deport children to the Russian Federation

In addition to the Russian Commissioner for Children’s Rights Maria Lvova-Belova, the “children’s services” of the territories occupied by Russia, “children’s ombudsmen”, “ministries of education, youth and sports” are involved in the abduction of Ukrainian children.

It is noted that Ukrainian Valentina Lavryk is in charge of educators in Crimea, Olga Kaludarova in the so-called DPR, Ivan Kusov in the “LPR”, Mykhailo Rodikov in the occupied part of the Kherson region, Olena Shapurova in Zaporizhzhia. The DPR children’s service is headed by Svitlana Maiboroda, in Crimea by Anastasia Omelchenko. The “Ministry of Youth and Sports” of the occupied territories are headed by Oleksandr Gromakov, Dmytro Sidorov, Elvira Vitrenko, and Anton Tytskyi. Children’s ombudsman of the occupied Crimea is Iryna Klyuyeva, Darya Morozova in the “DРR” and Inna Shvenk in the “LРR”.

In addition, the “ministries of social policy and labor” are also indirectly involved in the abduction of children, since it was they who issued payments for children to parents in the territories occupied last year.

In the “DPR” the Ministry of Social Affairs is managed by Denys Strelchenko, in the “LPR” – Svitlana Malakhova, in the occupied part of the Zaporizhzhia region – Yevgeniy Markelov, in the Kherson region – Alla Barkhatnova, in the Crimea – Olena Romanovska, in the Russian Federation – Anton Kotyakov.

In Putin’s administration, the former representative of “Russian Youth” Iryna Pleshcheva takes care of the “education of children”. The removal of Ukrainian children is also facilitated by the leaders of the occupation administrations of the Ukrainian territories captured by Russia: Serhiy Aksyonov, Leonid Pasichnyk, Denys Pushylin, Volodymyr Sald, and Yevhen Balytskyi. And also the so-called patrons. Like, for example, Orthodox Russian oligarch Konstantin Malofeev. He and his Saint Basil the Great Foundation are co-authors of the Happy Childhood project. In 2014, he financed units of terrorists like Igor Girkin.

The foundation of Ramzan Kadyrov’s mother, Aimana Kadyrova, regularly reports on “help” to Ukrainian children. With the assistance of Kadyrov and Lvova-Belova, a camp for “re-education of children from the new territories of the Russian Federation” was created near Grozny. Those who actively oppose Russification attempts are sent there.

The International Criminal Court has issued an arrest warrant for Russian dictator Vladimir Putin and Maria Lvova-Belova, the Russian President’s Commissioner for Children. The court statement states that the latter is connected with “illegal removal of children” from Ukraine. At the same time, the Russian Foreign Ministry called the accusations of the forcible removal of minors from Ukrainian territory false.
