Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the aggressor country, the Russian Federation, in Ukraine, 210 civilians have died in Kyiv, including 11 children. Chairman Vitaliy Klitschko said this on February 24. As a result of the shelling of Kyiv, 1,324 people were injured, including 101 children, and in total, ambulance doctors went to the sites of missile attacks 2,729 times, he said. 1,239 residential buildings, 194 educational institutions, 41 healthcare institutions and 17 social buildings were damaged by Russian attacks.
According to Klitschko, the air raid siren sounded in Kyiv 1,539 times. The metro simultaneously took shelter for approximately 70,000 citizens.
“Today, almost 422.7 thousand internally displaced persons are registered in Kyiv, among whom are about 68 thousand children,” the chairman wrote.
