Kyiv region eliminates consequences of night attack on February 12: houses and cars damaged

Kyiv region continues to recover from night missile attack by Russia. As a result of the Russian strike, at least 11 private houses in two districts of the region were damaged, as well as cars and outbuildings.

In Boryspil district, the number of damaged houses increased to 10. In Fastiv district, another case of destruction was recorded – windows were broken in a residential building, the facade and roof were damaged. In addition, two cars were damaged by the blast wave in the same district.

As a result of the attack, a 70-year-old woman suffered an acute stress reaction. Medics provided her with assistance on the spot, hospitalization was not required.

In Obukhiv district, a fire broke out in non-residential premises as a result of the strike. The fire was extinguished by 154 rescuers and 45 pieces of equipment.

Despite the attack, no critical infrastructure was hit. Owners of damaged property are promised assistance from local authorities and international partners. Restoration work is currently underway.
