Kyiv was shelled with drones: children are among the injured

On the night of May 4, another air attack was carried out on Kyiv.

11 people were injured. The youngest is 14 years old, the oldest is 70. This was reported by the Kyiv City Military Administration and the Capital Police.

The alarm lasted for about an hour – from 00:20 to 01:21.

As a result of the Russian attack and the fall of drone debris, serious consequences were recorded in several districts of Kyiv.

In the Obolonskyі district, a fire broke out on the upper floors of a multi-storey building. The fire spread to the roof. 7 cars burned in the open area. Debris fell into the courtyard of a residential building. A kindergarten building was also damaged.

In the Shevchenkivskyі district, a fire was recorded in a non-residential area. The cause was the fall of debris from downed drones.

In the Svyatoshynskyі district, three private houses caught fire. All of them were one-story.

“Currently, all sources of ignition have been eliminated. According to available information, 11 people were injured to varying degrees. Among them are two children,” the Kyiv City Military Administration reported.

The police also confirmed the number of victims.

“11 people, aged 14 to 70, were injured by Russian terror,” the statement said.

Investigators, bomb disposal experts and rescuers are working at the arrivals area. Law enforcement officers are recording a new war crime committed by the Russian Federation.
