During November 5, the Russians carried out 93 shellings (373 explosions) on the border territories of the Sumy region, using various types of weapons.
As reported by the “North” Operational Command: “as a result of shelling, the civilian population suffered: one person was injured, private houses, farm buildings and a critical infrastructure object were damaged.”
In particular, a civilian was injured as a result of shelling in the village of Shalygine, Shostky district, and 4 private houses were damaged in the village of Velyka Pisarivka, Okhtyr district.
The police of Sumy Region documented the consequences of the shelling and opened criminal proceedings under Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine “Violation of the Laws and Customs of War.”
