Lawlessness of the Russians in Mariupol: the Russians are selling another Ukrainian property

The Russians got to garage cooperatives that sell for 400,000 rubles.

The Russians continue to illegally sell the property of Ukrainians in the temporarily occupied Mariupol. This time they reached the garages.

This was reported in the Mariupol City Council.

“It is not enough for the Russians to take away the “ownerless” apartments of city residents. Now they have taken up garages. In particular, one of the so-called “real estate agents” shot a video from one of the garage cooperatives,” the city council said.

In the video, the “realtor” demonstrates and talks about the garage buildings destroyed by the Russians, some of which remained intact after the bombings of the Russian army.

“The cooperative occupies a large area and has about 500 units of garages. While you look at their condition, I talked about financial points. The membership fee is five thousand rubles per year. This money is necessary for the restoration and support of the cooperative. The cost of a good, complete garage is approximately 400,000 rubles (120,000 hryvnias),” said the so-called “realtor”.
