Many injured and no power — chairman Klitschko on the shelling of Kyiv

According to Klitschko, nine people were injured, and the left bank of Kyiv was left without power.

As of 04:00 on October 10, nine people were injured as a result of the Russian Federation’s massive attack on Kyiv, five of whom were hospitalized. As a result of the damage to critical infrastructure facilities, the left bank of the city was left without electricity, and there are also problems with water supply.

This was reported by Kyiv chairman Vitaliy Klitschko.

Klitschko said that specialists are already working to restore power supply to the left bank. The Chairman noted that the situation is difficult, but all services are making efforts to restore power supply.

The chairman informed that in the Pecherskyi district, the wreckage of a drone hit a multi-storey residential building, causing a fire on several floors. The fire has been extinguished.

In Holosiivskyi district, the facade and windows on the fifth floor of a ten-story building were damaged. Cars were also burning in the adjacent yard.

According to preliminary information, in Desnyanskyi district, fragments of a downed missile fell on an open area near a polyclinic.

In Podilskyi district, fragments fell on an open area.
