Massive shelling and drone strikes: three dead and 20 injured in Kherson region due to Russian aggression

On August 12, 2026, Russian troops attacked settlements in Kherson region with aircraft, artillery and drones of various types.

As of 17:30, it was established that three civilians were killed and another 20 people were injured as a result of Russian aggression.

At night, Kherson was subjected to a massive attack by strike drones. As a result, two people were killed and four more citizens were injured.

During the day, the Russian military used an FPV drone on the regional center. As a result of the strike, a woman received injuries incompatible with life.

In Kherson, Shyroka Balka and Vysokye, Russian drones injured nine more civilians. Among the injured is an employee of the local fire department.

In addition, seven local residents were injured in Stepanivka and Chornobayvka as a result of the airstrike.

The shelling damaged: private homes, apartment buildings, warehouses, official vehicles, and cars.

Prosecutors and police investigators continue to record the consequences of the Russian attacks and collect evidence of war crimes committed by the Russian military.
