On the night of April 17, one of the buildings and dormitories of the Dnipro State Medical University was damaged during a massive drone attack in Dnipro.
The roof was damaged as a result of the strike, and there is a threat of collapse of structures to the lower floors. In addition to the main building, student dormitories were also damaged.
The anatomical museum located in the institution suffered significant damage. In particular, the blast wave broke out stained glass windows and damaged the interior decoration of the room. At the same time, the exhibits that were behind glass partitions were saved – they were not damaged.
Specialists are working on site to assess the level of damage and determine further actions regarding the safety of the buildings.
On the night of April 16, Russian drones attacked the city. As a result of the Russian strikes, residential buildings, educational and cultural institutions, and cars were damaged. One of the drones fell near the city council building. As a result of the Russian attack in the Dnipro, the monument to Alexander Poly was damaged.
