
A seven-year-old boy, who was injured as a result of an aerial attack on a five-story building in the territory of Kherson’s Ship (Korabelnyi) district, is in a stable condition, his life is not in danger.
Stanislav Bumba, the deputy director of the medical department of the Kherson Regional Children’s Hospital, said: “The boy was brought to us with a mine-explosive injury, a splinter injury to the foot. The child also received barotrauma and contusion. Now the boy is stable, nothing threatens him. Psychologists will work with him today and we will conduct additional examinations.”
According to the doctor, the mother of the injured boy was offered to evacuate to Mykolaiv, but the woman refused.
On the night of March 8, the Russian army carried out an airstrike on a five-story building in Kherson, as a result of which three people were injured. Among them is a 7-year-old boy and two elderly people.
