Medics were killed during Russian shelling of a supermarket in Kherson

Two medics died as a result of Russian shelling in Kherson.

Colleagues remember Oleksandr as a true professional in his field, a good friend, a responsible doctor and a worthy mentor for young people. The lives of specialists, who devoted almost their entire lives to saving others, were meanly cut short by Russian troops on May 3, shelling a supermarket.

On May 3, the Russian military massively attacked Kherson and the region. 23 people died and 46 were injured. So, during that day, they carried out 98 attacks, firing 539 shells from heavy artillery, “Grads”, tanks, UAVs and aviation. The enemy shelled the city of Kherson 16 times. During the shelling, 82 shells hit Pryvokzalna Square, the territory and buildings of the railway station, gas station, two trade establishments, a factory and an automobile industry; the territory of the railway crossing.

As a result of Russian aggression, 23 people died, 46 (including two children) were injured.

In memory of the people killed by the aggressor state, the Kherson regional military administration declared May 4, 5 and 6 days of mourning.

It is also known that two people were injured during shelling in Kherson Oblast on May 5.

On May 5, Russian troops carried out 71 shellings of the territory of the Kherson region, firing 411 shells from heavy artillery, “Grads”, tanks, UAVs and aviation.

As the head of the Kherson city military administration, Roman Mrochko, reported, the Russians shelled the city of Kherson 21 times, using 101 shells.

The Russian army attacked Zelenivka, Molodizhne, Blagovishchenske, Sadov, Zimivnyk, Priozerne, Korabelny district of Kherson.
