
Russian forces carried out over 20 attacks on three districts of Dnipropetrovsk region on 18 June, using artillery, drones, and missiles. According to the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Hanzhu. As a result of the Russian attacks, two people were killed and 17 others were injured to varying degrees.
Strike on Dnipro
Russian shelling of the regional centre led to tragic consequences—one person lost their life. Another 12 locals were injured, and nine of them are currently in medical facilities with doctors assessing their condition as moderate.
Shelling in Nikopol district
Nikopol district was under heavy Russian fire. Russians were terrorising Nikopol itself, as well as the Chervonohryhorivka, Pokrovske, and Marhanets communities. One person was killed in the district due to the shelling, and five more were injured. Among the injured are a 56-year-old woman and a 53-year-old man, who were urgently hospitalized in moderate condition. Damage to civilian cars and the local clinic building has also been reported in the communities.
Kryvyi Rih district
It was tense in Kryvyi Rih too. The Russians hit the territory of the Zelenodolsk community. The explosion and debris have damaged a petrol station and the local cafe building. All specialized services and emergency teams are working at the impact sites, documenting the aftermath of the latest Russian army crimes against the civilians of Dnipropetrovsk region.
