More than 100 torture chambers were found in the de-occupied territories: Zaporizhzhia region ranks third

The Russians continue the policy of exterminating Ukrainians in the temporarily occupied territories, creating new torture chambers for this purpose. Only in the liberated territories were discovered 104 places for torture.

On the night of December 10, from 01:33 to 01:48, a series of explosions rang out in Zaporizhzhia. The Russians launched six missile strikes. One of the rockets hit a residential building in the center of the city.

The Russians continue the policy of exterminating Ukrainians in the temporarily occupied territories, creating new torture chambers for this purpose. Only in the liberated territories were discovered 104 places for torture.

Prosecutor General Andriy Kostin announced this on the website of the Prosecutor General’s Office.

Torture facilities and places of illegal detention were found in all liberated territories. These are 104 torture chambers in 8 regions of Ukraine. The largest number was found in Kharkiv Oblast — 25, Zaporizhia Oblast — 18, Kherson Oblast — 11, and Donetsk Oblast — 10, as well as 19 on the territory of the Russian Federation.

90% of prisoners and detainees are subjected to torture or one or another type of violence – physical or psychological. Torture in Russia is not an “excess of the performer.” This is a planned state policy, – noted Andriy Kostin.
