Since the beginning of the Russian Federation’s large-scale invasion of Ukraine, the Prosecutor General’s Office has documented 17,369 crimes against national security. 131,996 Russian war crimes were also registered.

In addition, according to juvenile prosecutors, as a result of Russian aggression, 1,888 children were injured, 546 of them died, and 1,342 received injuries of varying degrees of severity.
The agency emphasizes that these numbers are not final, as work is ongoing to establish them in places of active hostilities, in temporarily occupied and liberated territories.
