More than 20 houses were damaged on February 23: the consequences of Russian attacks on the Kherson region

On February 23, Russian war criminals continued to shell the right-bank Kherson region with artillery, mortars and UAVs of various types. 36 objects were damaged in the settlements of the region.

The press service of the National Police of the region reported on the consequences of Russian attacks on the Kherson region.

Thus, on February 23, the Russians damaged an apartment building and 22 private houses, 10 trading stalls, a pavilion on the market, a gas pipeline and a car.

In Romashkovo, the Russian military dropped explosives from a drone on a private house. As a result of the strike, a 48-year-old woman was injured, she received a mine-explosive injury, contusion, shrapnel wounds to the torso and limbs.

In Stanislav, a 61-year-old man was injured as a result of a UAV drop. He was taken to a medical facility with a mine-explosive injury, shrapnel wounds to the abdomen and legs. The Russians used an FPV drone to strike a private house, which was damaged.

In Antonivka, a 45-year-old man was hit by a Russian drone. He was taken to the hospital with a mine-explosive injury, a shrapnel wound to the chest and a traumatic amputation of both legs.

In Zmiivka, eight residential buildings were damaged by drone attacks and artillery strikes.

In Kizomys, a private house was damaged by a drone strike.

Artillery fire damaged 2 private houses in Kachkarivka, 5 houses and a gas pipeline in Belozerka, and a residential building and a car in Zymovnyk.

In the afternoon, in the Dniprovsky district of Kherson, the Russians dropped ammunition from a UAV on an apartment building, which was damaged. Late in the evening, Russian troops carried out artillery shelling of the market area. The shells damaged a pavilion and 10 trading kiosks.

After midnight, the shelling resumed, hitting private houses in the coastal zone. A 72-year-old man died when a shell hit a residential building, and his body was unblocked from under the rubble by rescuers. A 50-year-old man suffered a mine-explosive injury and concussion. Three private houses were damaged.
